What ever Your doing (inside of me) ...Sanctus Real

2 Corinthians 5:17 … “if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation”…….  Is the old person fading away?

If you are the same person, all wrapped up in yourself, what you want to do, what you desire, then you are not a new creation in Christ. There is an old song by John Lennon called “Give peace a chance” I like to say “Give Jesus a chance” He is peace. Isaiah 9: 6 He is called “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, PRINCE OF PEACE.”

So many choose to hide from God rather than to run to Him. Are you afraid that your sin is too big? Remember this… Romans 5: 8 “While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. So if you haven’t turned to Christ and asked Him to come into your heart, forgive you of your sins, it’s time now, don’t you think?

This song has awesome lyrics for a New Year, a new person. I hope you listen to it, or at least read the lyrics.

There is some great scripture on peace in the bible. A few of my favorite are… Philippians 4: 7-9 “And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts”… John 14: 27… “Peace I leave you, My peace I give you”…. But until you face up and clean your old house, make right what has been wrong between you and God, you will never have a real deep peace inside.

It’s time for a milestone, time to begin again, time to throw your hands up and surrender to something heavenly.

Thy Kingdom Come Nicole C Mullen

Subject: Thy Kingdom Come. Nicole C Mullen

Jesus came so we can have life, and live it more abundantly. –John 10:10.  Satan wants to take you out!!!

Hebrews 12: 9 “Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. HOW MUCH MORE should we submit to the Father of Spirits and live! They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best, but God disciplines us for our good in order that we may share in His holiness.”

Jesus wants to set up His throne inside of us. Cleaning His home in us can be through painful experiences. “Thy Kingdom come” in me…. When I think of the words of the Lord’s prayer, also the lyrics of this song, I know that God’s discipline on how I live my life, is all out of His love for me. Consequences that come upon me of my own bad choices are to make me holy. To devour the evil inside, and consume it with His power.

Does it feel like the heat has been turned up in your life?  I truly believe that God would love to experience our love for Him in action. Sometimes painful things in our life happen to bring us to another level of knowing, and trusting Him. If we say we love Him, He desires a surrendered life to Him. One that glorifies Who He is in us. What is something, or things that you’re holding onto and won’t give up? What is polluting His rightful place inside you? Lay down your Isaac and God will take care of the rest. Genesis 22:9-13 Hebrews 11: 17.

When I think back when I was a child, I hated getting punished for something I did wrong. But as I got older, I knew it was because my parents loved me, and wanted the best for me. Why is it though, that even if I knew something was wrong, I would do it anyway? Then when the consequences would come about I’d say, “If I only listened.” Some of us wait until it’s too late just to see what we could get away with. My parents gave me many chances, along with a lot of unconditional love. Then when I was old enough to understand all they taught me, I was given a choice, “our way under our roof, or find a place where you can live how you choose.” Well I didn’t pick the protected cover under my parents roof. I learned a lot of lessons the hard way, but it brought me back home praise God. Some people never learn. They just keep going down a harmful path.

This is when love has to love from a distance because you care more about them then they care for themselves. You can’t make anyone see the trouble you see ahead with the choices they’re continuing to make. There is a time in all our lives that when we say we love someone, it’s going to take an action to show it. For some it’s loving yourself and the gift of life. Just like when we can say we love God, read His word every day, and still be so far off from what loving Him really is. James 1:22 says, “Do not merely listen to the word…. Do what it says.” 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20, reminds us that our bodies are not our own. We are the living temple of the Holy Spirit…… What is your Isaac? Lay it down!...... For others, it’s surrendering the one’s you love to God’s care. Lay them down!

Life means so much..... Chris Rice

Super Bowl gets millions of viewers. When Jesus returns, He will get 100 percent of the world’s attention, whether you want to watch it or not.

What if God told you today was your last day. How would you spend it? How would you make the day count? I could honestly say, I would make sure all of my loved ones know the hope I have in Jesus. That this isn’t the end. It really is the beginning of new life for all eternity, and I hope that they will meet me on their day. Where Jesus is, I will be too. (John 14:3)

Psalm 90: 8-12, shows us God’s seriousness to sin. Moses says, “You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of Your presence. All our days pass away under Your wrath……Teach us to number our days, that we may have a heart of wisdom.” 1 Corinthians 15: 56 says, “The sting of sin is death.”

A lot of people ask, “then why did God create us?” Well we weren’t created to die. Death came into the world because of our prideful disobedience, which is sin. Our sin causes us to die to this world, the land of the dying and sin. But we who believe in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sin and rose again to life, we too will go to the land of the living where there is no more sin, no more pain or tears. (Revelation 21: 4)……. I believe that is why the men at the tomb of our risen Lord said, “Why are you looking for the living among the dead?” (Luke 24: 5) This is the land of the dying, and we are going to the land of the living for ever and ever.

John 3: 16-17, There is no reason to fear death. God gives us the answer to all our fears through the death and resurrection of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Don’t you want to be reborn to new life, so you can have life everlasting when God calls you home? Than believe by faith that Jesus is the only way.

Oh God, “Life means so much.” Teach us to make the days count. Lead us in better ways that somehow our souls forgot.

P.S/ Thank you for the miracle of my Aunt Marie…. You are our only true LIFELINE!

Savation is here.....Hillsong United

This is my freedom song, what’s yours? This is to all my brothers and sisters “In Christ.” I am learning that my love for Jesus has got to grow deeper than just an emotional love of thanks. It has to be the kind of love that penetrates to my Spirit. What breaks His heart has got to break mine. Hebrews 4: 12, “For the word of God is living and powerful….piercing even to the division of soul and Spirit”..

Listen to this song, and read the words!! I pray you can rest in the fact that this world is going to throw a lot more at us. But God has made a way for us through Jesus Christ, and I want to live true to Him. Only then can I be true to myself. (Selah)

What if God was to come in 3 days and judge us? Would it change the way you think and live as a Christian. Sad thing is, we don’t know, so we better get it right now. Grace was never meant to be taken lightly, or His word to be candy coated to suit our wants.

I can honestly say that I am disgusted with the decisions people are making out of fear, or what is politically correct, or afraid of offending someone, I can go on and on. We are falling apart as a nation. Let the wants of people or the government replace God, and we can see what is happening.  Matthew 5: 13, Even the “salt” is losing its flavor, and we are getting trampled on. James 4: 7, The bible tells us to stand against the devil and he will flee. ….…. This is from the Creator of the universe to us who say we are His! 2 Chronicles 7: 14, IF MY PEOPLE, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways,(take a stand for what is right) THEN I WILL HEAR from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Do you see who God is talking about here? Not the unsaved people. They are doing what ungodly people do. What is our excuse? God is talking to us.. “MY PEOPLE” Christians, believers, followers of Christ.

Are we losing our identity in Jesus Christ to this secular world? Is pride or arrogance blinding our eyes and closing our mouths to take a stand for the truth that we once held so dear? Deuteronomy 6: 14-15, “For the Lord Your God in the midst of you is a jealous God”…. He is here with us, means He hears, sees, and even knows our thoughts. In this world God expects us to be the odd ones, the unpopular, the road less traveled. We are not to go with the crowd, not to agree with them, not compromising the truth of God’s word at all.
I am so glad I raised my kids already. I may have bugged them with God this, and God that, but at least I did what I felt the Lord leading me to do even if they hated me at the time. Proverbs 22:6--- Deuteronomy 6: 6-7, “These words which I am COMMANDING you today, shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children”… All I can do now is pray for the future generations. We live in a generation with no conscience and who have become very insensitive to God’s commands. It is no longer “One nation under God.” It has become one nation under whatever feels good as long as I’m not hurting anyone. News flash… We are hurting the Creator.

Take one good look at the news and what this world is coming to right in our own back yards. We want freedom? Well it looks like we are getting what we asked for. Free from God too.
We can’t blame God, He gave us all He could, His Son! If that isn’t enough, He left us an instruction manual, the Bible. We need be in the center of His word, not on the sidelines to make it fit our desires. (Selah)
