I sing praises to Your Name....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXl7BNyYP2w

I pray that my life shows the Risen Lord. The life that lives in me. We can all choose the tune of what our life song is. I want mine to be a song of worship and thanksgiving to Jesus. I've set my heart on the truth that lives in me, and I pray it shines out to all who know me. Those who don't, I hope they would be encouraged and want to know what's different about me.

I've read this scripture many times. Heard it spoken in sermons. But I love when the Spirit of God highlights on something He wants me to share. That's why it's called the Living Word. It never stops teaching. John 11: 14-27, Jesus not only is the Risen Lord, but He raises the dead to life right in front of every ones eyes! Yet some people still don't believe.

This is where it gets me..... In verse 14, you can see Jesus was glad that Lazarus was dead. Look what He says, "I'm glad I wasn't there, for now you will really believe." It's not just a story, it's truth! Many witnessed this miracle, and many other miracles that He did while His time on earth.

I know there is an enemy, and he is real. You can see him at work every day keeping the blinders on people. The bible is full of peoples choices, and it continues today. God has never changed. He has always loved, and still shows us His patience today with all of us.

It's a fact that we are all going to die. But the good news is, those who choose Jesus Christ as Savior, are going to live eternally in the presence of our Lord, and our loved ones who put their trust in this truth. God continues to show His patience with us all, and is waiting for many to accept the marvelous promises He has made.

I sing praises to Your Name oh Lord. For Your Name is great, and greatly to be praised. Oh how I pray that those who don't believe in Your Son will experience the Risen Lord. Your patience is limitless with all Your creation. I thank You that You never give up on us.

Embers .... Hillsong

Philippians 2: 12-13, The bible tells us to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. Take very serious the word of God. Work it out, because the power of the Holy Spirit is within, and it fights with the flesh to come out. Like the caterpillar, there is a beautiful butterfly inside this body that struggles from within to come out.

2 Peter 1: 3, "His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him who called us by his own glory and goodness."

Most people work out to get tone ,strong, and some to loose weight. This takes time, but the more you stay consistent at it, you will see changes.

Galatians 5: 16-18, This verse reminds me of when I was a personal trainer and people would tell me, "I want to turn this fat to muscle." You can't do that. They are two different identities. But you can build more muscle to burn the fat. Just like our flesh and spirit are always at war with one another. The flesh is never going away, but you can build your inner spirit by your intimate relationship with Jesus. Spending quality time with Him to melt away those fleshly desires. You can't just go to church on Sunday and expect to have a strong spiritual soul. It's going to become flabby.

1 Peter 1: 23, "For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God." In Christ we are a new creation in the making, 2 Corinthians 5: 17.

You see we have this living power of the Holy Spirit, but when we received Jesus Christ as our Savior, it was in seed form. That seed needs to be nourished to grow. Like a fire that's dying, but the embers are hot and glowing, fan the flame and bring the fire alive. His Spirit is within all who believe. He wants all the earth to see that He is Lord through our lives. Be a soul on Fire. Strong in Him from the inside bursting out.

Throne Room..... Kim Walker

Revelations 1: 12-20... verse 17, "when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid"....

Seriously,  so many experiences in my life make me want to fall on my face and say... " My heart can't contain the weight of Your Name....Holy, holy, holy are You God."

Day after day, God speaks to my heart. When I read His written living word, it's like breathing in His breath. The bible even tells us that every word is God breathed, 2 Timothy 3: 16-17.
I don't just run to the "Throne Room" when I am in need of something, or desperate for answers. I am daily in need of His presence just because I love Him so much.

I've said it before, that I've seen miracles that only God could have shown Himself in. I've seen Him even prove doctors and surgeons wrong. But I've also seen prayers answered in ways I didn't like. Like the death of my husband at the young age of 58. But He did heal him physically once, and spiritually for ever more. Gods will done on earth, for His glory. Grace upon grace, He brings peace to my soul daily. His perfect love remains my everything!

One look at Jesus and I'm undone....
