Blessed.... Vertical Worship

 https://youtu.be/PvY8UW4S5oY

"To seek You is to find You, and to know You is to want You, and I want nothing more than You. "
There are people who will spend months trying to find the best car for their trade. Some who spend months trying to find the home they want to settle in. But to seek the real treasure, they spend no time at all.
There are people I know who can go anywhere they want to, anytime they want to. They can have any material thing they choose because they have the money to get it. Yet they really have nothing. Oh, they may have all they want this side of heaven. But not realizing they don't have the lasting treasure, because they have no relationship with God, through His Son, Jesus Christ. This is everything! This is eternal. There will be one of two places we will spend for all eternity. Heaven or hell. Isaiah 65: 15, Isaiah 66: 22-24... Revelation 21:1.
Our lives can be taken at any moment. In the past 2 years, I am shocked at so many people who are gone. Either suddenly, sickness, or accident. We are not in control of our death date. We don't know our last day, but God does. It's already written, Psalm 139: 16.
Revelation 20: 12, Another thing that is written, is our name in the book of life. If it's not there when you take your last breath, there is no second chance. You already made your choice of the things that were important to you. Those things are written in the books.
We can't hide anything from God because He knows the depths of our hearts and why we do, or don't do things. "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6: 19-21.
What do you want more than anything? What means more to you than anything? All that you can have this side of heaven? Or what God has in store for you for all eternity. I pray you choose correctly. Salvation has come for all who will receive it. Titus 2:11.... 2 Peter 3:9

Death where is your sting. .. Cory Asbury

 https://youtu.be/nC_fqD6tV-4

I absolutely love the ladies study we have been doing. Prophecy and our World, has led us deeper into God's Holy Word.

The most recent one is titled: "What happens when we die?"......

I thank the good Lord that I know that I am His by accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. How about you? You may call Him your Savior, but one day He will be the judge we all will stand before. There are no second chances when we die. We go to one of two destinations. Heaven or hell, and it is immediate.

2 Corinthians 5:8, Philippians 1:21-23, Acts 7: 54-60. There is no soul sleep, and no second chances.

This story Jesus tells us about the rich man and the beggar in Luke,  is packed with insight. Luke 16: 19-31

We will all face death one day. Unless Jesus returns first. But you can see by these scriptures that it's either hell or heaven. It gets very clear by verse 23. "In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side."... So you will be able to see from this chasm, and also recognize.

You can see that you will also feel. Verse 24, " Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am an agony in this fire."

Verse 26 ... "between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us."

I can't even imagine the horror in seeing heaven, recognizing those there, feeling the agony of fire, and not being able to cross over. Knowing I made my choice and it's done.

God is not silent about death. There will be a separation. Its clearly written for us here. One that is eternal, and you choose what, and where that will be by how you live this life, and what you believe. You may have all the riches of this world now. But your now is just a blink.

For the believer, death will have no sting. 1 Corinthians 15: 55-57.  The sting is sin. Jesus took that sting for us so we don't have to, and nailed it to the cross.

We owe him everything, and yet all he asks us to do is, believe, receive, and become a child of God, John 1:12.  But I can bet, if God gives you time on this Earth, you will want to love and serve him. You won't just want to sit back and say, "I'm saved."  Love, true love, is action.

For Your glory Lord Jesus, and thank You.

More precious than silver. Steffany Gretzinger

 https://youtu.be/e0UB716RRMU

Psalm 19:7-11... the meaning of these verses..... There is law that revives us, makes us wise, gives joy to our heart, gives light to the eyes, warns us, and rewards us. They are a light to our path in life.

I don't know about you, but I know personally for me, God, and all that He did for me,  is worth more than any vacation or shopping spree I can go on. I love vacation cruises, and truly miss them. But these past 2 years God has been speaking to my heart.
I don't care if you even paid for my vacation or shopping spree. I wouldn't trade His love,  and the fullness of His presence for anything!!! It's more precious than diamonds, and more costly than gold.
Since I became a widow, I praise Him for the person He is turning me into. Even though i don't have much,  I care so much about those in need. Other widows,  those in other countries who don't even have clean water to drink. People who can't afford their hospital bills for their sick child with cancer. The hungry and homeless.  A number of things that I wish I could hit Lotto. But I don't even play.
God started this change in me a while ago. He has blessed me with all my needs, and even gives me some of my wants,  which aren't many. I find so much joy in giving.
Recently He really taught me a lesson, and His lessons are never easy.  I recently did a few upgrades in my home. Truly, they were long overdue. I didn't get the best of the best. I did what was in my budget. But I started looking at things that weren't done as they should be. I mean, no one would really notice but me.
Long story short. I got sick and wasn't feeling well for a few weeks. Maybe close to a month.  I am one who is always full of energy, and I truly love to work out, but I had no energy.  Yet, I still was looking at those stupid minor things and letting them bother me.
I was feeling a little better the other day so I was on my way to the gym. At a red light I got rammed in the back.   I got out of my car with the gentleman who hit me, and we couldn't believe there was no damage,  at least that's what i thought. I let him go.
All I can say is, only God. I did notice a day later after letting him go, that I did have a crack in my bumper. But it was minor. I heard God loud and clear. "What is more important to you my child?  You have been looking at so many things that are stealing your joy. They are minor, and your health is everything. Which means more to you?"
I can tell you that I have laid all those minor stupid things down at his feet. I have my peace and joy back. I am also feeling the energy that He knows I love.
Who can weigh the value of knowing Him? Who can judge the worth of Who He is? You won't even be able to count the blessings of loving Him.
He truly is more precious than anything you can have,  or anywhere you can go. Nothing you desire compares to Him. He truly wants to give us wisdom and understanding in the things we go through. But we have to search for it as hidden treasure,  Proverbs 2: 4-6
Thank you Lord for Your gentle lessons in this life. What a good good Father You are.

Give thanks... Steffany Gretzinger

Before even time began, God had a plan already in His mind for the sins of the world. It's not like an ALL KNOWING GOD didn’t know all that was going to happen before it even happened. So He already had Jesus, His Son in mind, to send for the forgiveness of sins. That blows mind! But it also sets my heart on fire to tell  all that He sends to me of His eternal plan.
God is eternal, and sin is an eternal crime. A violation of God's standards. So God had an eternal plan before before time even began that we are in. He would send his son, Jesus Christ , to pay for the penalty of our sin. 1 Peter 1: 20-21, " He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake. Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God."
Christ's sacrifice for our sins was not an afterthought, not something God decided to do when the world spun out of control. The plan was set in motion by the all-knowing, eternal God long before the world was created. Can you even wrap your mind around that? I can't.
So I just give thanks with a grateful heart. I give thanks to the Holy One, because He gave us all Jesus Christ His Son, and Jesus willingly went to the cross for us all while we were yet sinners, Romans 5:8. We owe Him all of our selfish selves.
Thank You Father God for Your amazing eternal plan. I pray for those who don't believe for You to do what only You can do Lord. Touch their hearts and open their eyes.
For Your glory Lord
