Breath of Heaven ..Christmas forever with the King

In a world as cold as stone, we NEVER walk alone. He is our light in the darkness.
Merry CHRISTmas !!!!

Twas' 11 days before Christmas, around 9:38
when 20 beautiful children stormed through heaven's gate.
Their smiles were contagious, their laughter filled the air.
They could hardly believe all the beauty they saw there.
They were filled with such joy, they didn't know what to say.
They remembered nothing of what had happened earlier that day.
"Where are we?" asked a little girl, as quiet as a mouse.
"This is heaven." declared a small boy. "we're spending Christmas at God's
house."
When what to their wondering eyes did appear,
but Jesus, their Savior, the children gathered near.
He looked at them and smiled, and they smiled just the same.
Then He opened His arms and He called them by name.
And in that moment was joy, that only heaven can bring,
those children all flew into the arms of their King
and as they lingered in the warmth of His embrace,
one small girl turned and looked at Jesus' face.
And as if He could read all the questions she had
He gently whispered to her, "I'll take care of mom and dad."
Then He looked down on earth, the world far below
He saw all of the hurt, the sorrow, and woe
then He closed His eyes and He outstretched His hand,
"Let My power and presence re-enter this land!"
"May this country be delivered from the hands of fools"
"I'm taking back my nation. I'm taking back my schools!"
Then He and the children stood up without a sound.
"Come now my children, let me show you around."
Excitement filled the space, some skipped and some ran.
All displaying enthusiasm that only a small child can.
And I heard Him proclaim as He walked out of sight,
"in the midst of this darkness, I AM STILL THE LIGHT."

A Fathers Song... Matt Redman

Beautiful song!!!
Meditate on the cross, and what it means to you. Then, if this song doesn’t melt your heart while meditating, check your pulse.

I hope that when we listen to this song, and watch the video, we focus on the cost of our sins, and what it took to be set free. We are only made right by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. “While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” Romans 5: 8.

Our God has done so much for us. Knowing the truth of God’s word, and knowing what it cost, it brings me to such a deep hearted sorrow. I cannot make excuses for my sin, or blame someone else for my actions. If God’s word says what we have done is sinful and wrong, then there is no excuse for it. Until we can admit, “I’ve wronged You God. It’s no one else’s fault but my own”  then, we cannot begin to be sorry for what we have done, and our sorrow is not real. We need to recognize the cost of sin. If we could just train our eyes to focus on the blood stained cross , shouldn’t there be a deep sorrow that we would never want to make an excuse for the cause of Jesus suffering so? (John 15: 22-----John 9: 41)

Take what we think is right and fun in our minds, to the foot of the cross and see it in a new light. If we don’t see it as God sees it, then we cannot be filled with the regret that we should have. That we, our sins, our rebellion, cost God His only Son.
I can’t even fathom how God feels watching His creation making excuses for a self-centered way of living. If you are a parent, you may understand just a smidgen of what God feels.

Godly sorrow can only come about in the deepest levels of the heart, when we try to understand what it means to God and the cost for our eternity. Worldly sorrow makes excuses, or blames everyone else. It can also repeat the same sin over and over with no regrets.

2 Corinthians 7: 8-10   “Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation”….

After we have counted our blessings, and see just how good the Lord has been, see if you can tell yourself that your past sins, or what you are doing now isn’t so bad.

Thank You Father for your perfect melody. You’ve written in Love, You’ve written in in grace, and eternity is written on my heart. THANK YOU JESUS!!

BEAUTIFUL Christmas song and message…

I pray Lord Jesus that You shine the light of Christmas in our lives all year long. John 8:12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will NEVER walk in darkness, but will have the Light of life.”

This isn’t just a Christmas song. It has a great message for us all. We were all created by God, and chosen for a special purpose, a Kingdom purpose. What is your purpose, and what is your story that can help change this world?
Our Heavenly Father’s gift to all of creation is meant to light the way inside the darkness of our hearts and give us direction in this life.

Love came down for you and me-----No robe, no crown, just a Babe, minutes old trembling in the hay.

What a story we have in Luke 2: 1-20 of the day Jesus was born.

I just love how this song tells the story of how the inn keeper saw Mary as just a girl. Little did he know she was chosen by God, and about to give birth to not just a babe, but the Savior of the world.

There stood Mary and Joseph, knocking at the door to the inn about to give birth to Jesus. The inn keeper couldn't look her in the eye, denied them in because he said they had no room, and went back to bed. He tried, but he couldn't sleep and went out to the stable. There he saw Mary in her suffering. He knelt down, and in the light of the Great Star he prayed “what have I done….I’m so ashamed.” He realized he had turned away God’s own Son.

How many of us have felt sleepless nights because of the shame we feel from the light of truth that is shining in the dark areas of our life. Yet even though we feel the knocking on our hearts we have no willing room for change. Well, then we are turning the Savior of our hearts and soul away too.

I pray this Christmas that if you see Mary as “Just a girl” you will read the story again in a different light.
She was a virgin, chosen by God to carry His Son. That was her purpose, and she was obedient  to the Kingdom call in her life.

Maybe if we all fall on our knees, we will hear the angel voices of a Divine appointment like Mary, and be obedient to our call.

Merry Christmas, It is all about CHRIST!

Take me as I am.... Holy Star

Did you say good morning to God this morning? You know, the “One” who gives you your breath for today. Did you get safely where you were in such a hurry to get to? Well guess “Who” got you there. Could you just imagine if God gave us as much attention as we give Him? Some of us would be in a lot of trouble. Thank you God for not forgetting about us the way we can forget about You.

It may be almost 2014, but our God is still the same God who provided a way for us to have real life while we are here, and also life everlasting. He hasn't changed, we have. I don't know another book that has been written. The Bible is it. Nothing in it has changed. We have grown into a world that makes up its own set of rules as long as it feels comfortable. We have spit on the grace of God. If we are suppose to be in love with Him, why do we willingly fail Him? What voices in our heads are we listening to? This beautiful Savior, who takes us as we are and wraps us in Majesty. He makes us new, dressing us in righteousness, but we want to keep our old clothes on.

How can we get past knowing the truth of Galatians 1: 4..."gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age"...  And it sure is getting uglier!!! Or how about Romans 6: 1 ..."Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? BY NO MEANS! We died to sin".... Do we really think we have the freedom to sin as much as we want? Such an attitude is taking advantage of the grace of God.
Are you a believer of Jesus Christ, a follower, one who calls themselves a Christian? Why are some of us living at a comfortable distance from Him? This can cause many problems in your life. This is the very crack of weakness that the enemy comes in and blinds us of the truth of the written word of God. It also blinds us from the blood that was shed on the cross that day, and He still bleeds for our love and devotion to Him.
To really know the crucified savior as having been crucified for all my sins is a great piece of knowledge, but it is not enough. There has to be a life change! Do you know Him as the risen Lord, who has justified you and given you a chance at a new life?
2 Corinthians 5:21 "God MADE HIM SIN who had no sin to be sin for us, that in Him we might become the righteousness of God."This is HUGE! Yet some of us still choose to wear our old cloths of worldliness. Living how we feel, and what the world says is o.k., as long as we are not hurting anyone. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, we are deliberately hurting God. I will never claim to be perfect. But knowing the truth of God’s word, I just can't deliberately hurt Him. I couldn't deliberately hurt anyone I love. Maybe you are hurting someone you are suppose to be in love with. If we are doing, or a part of anything that is outside of God’s word, or just plain common sense, we should feel convicted, deeply humbled, shameful of our actions and talk. As the prophet Isaiah said in chapter 6: 5 "I saw the Lord...Woe to me.....I am ruined" Or how about Job in Chapter 42: 5-6.  He may have heard God many times, but after his eyes saw Him, his shame caused him to despise himself  and repent. How are we treating the grace of God? The price that was paid for our freedom was huge!

God never forgives sin. Why would He when He made His Son sin for us? He forgives the sinner and pardons sin, blotting them out with the precious blood of Jesus. The evil principle of sin, sin in the flesh, is intolerable. God has not, and never will take sin lightly. We are to turn from sin to our Savior. (Isaiah 45: 22, Luke 5: 31-32)
John 6:53..."unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you." So the next time  you receive communion, think about what you choose to spit out just so you can feel comfortable in your old cloths.
Do you love the flesh more than Jesus? You can't have both. Do you feel shame when you sin? Does your heart break for the pain you have caused a loved one? A changed life must happen! If not you really better do a deep heart check. Are you wanting to stay in your old cloths, when God said you can be made new, the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ?

You have to make a solid choice, sooner is better than being too late. Come out of what the world is saying is o.k., and believe the God of the bible. Wake up before you are turned over to your "depraved mind!"

Read this verse for yourself...Romans 1:18-32 (all of it)... can you look at Jesus and say you are o.k.? If not, give yourself, and all your old cloths to Him. He will cloth you and make you new.       "Oh how He loves us"   Thank you Jesus for taking me as I am. You take the sin I am and purify me. Jesus how could You do this for me?

It's Alright......Third Day

Sorry no words to follow, but he sings very clear. Love it, great song!!!

Psalm 34: 18 "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in Spirit."

As we go through this journey in life, I pray you are holding your Saviors hand as He whispers in your ear all the promises He has to show you while in the valley.

There is no way around it, only through the pain and heartache that will come. God is still God in pain, and don't think for a moment He doesn't feel your pain.Genesis 6: 6 "The Lord was grieved...His heart was filled with pain."
God promised pain isn't meaningless, Romans 8: 32 "He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all".... It all had a purpose.
So many things that come our way that can cause us, worry, pain, heartache, anxiety, God enters all of this with us. The greatest blessing is the work that He is doing inside of us in the midst of it all. Treat it as a gift, it is either an opportunity to grow in God, or an obstacle from the enemy to stop you from growing. We have a choice to either go it alone, or our Father says "Be still and know that I AM GOD" Psalm 46: 10.
Personally for me, I've learned that He wants me to experience all His promises along the way. My favorite for the longest time has been the peace that passes anything that I try to make sense of, or figure out, Philippians 4: 7. I've also learned when God wants me in the mix to help out, I am willing. But when He tells me "this is too big for you now, I will take over" I get out of His way! I hold on to EVERY promise He has made in His word. There has not been one that He has broken, or one I didn't take. The only work it takes on our part, is putting our faith in Him, and trusting that whatever we are going through has a purpose.

Life is a journey with a purpose for God. Are we wondering in the wilderness trying to figure everything out that we are going through? Or are we walking hand in hand with Jesus on our journey home, knowing everything we go through is for an eternal purpose, and the glory of God. Don't miss the beauty of the journey. It is not as dark as the enemy wants you to think. There is hope in everything, and for everyone. This is where you really get to know God, and just how GIGANTIC his heart is! Don't let me forget to tell you that it will cause you pain, but are you willing to eat the bread, and drink from the cup? It will teach you how to love like you've never known before, and how He loves us the same way.
So many people not understanding life. Not believing a way out, or that God even exist. If you are one that believes, consider it an honor to be used by Him, even if it causes you pain and heartache. Keep saying to yourself... PURPOSE, PURPOSE, PURPOSE, this all has a purpose! Oh, and don't forget He said "My grace is sufficient" in everything.

Here are a few scriptures that have helped me greatly, (along with my wonderful church fellowship, Christian friends, and pastor) I hope they help you to understand this journey better and our purpose as followers of Jesus Christ.

James 1: 1-4 "Consider it pure joy...whenever you face trials of many kinds"... So you can see we will have trials of MANY KINDS. We need to take our eyes off ourselves, and what we deserve and don't deserve, and ALWAYS remember that pain is not meaningless. It is easy to lose the joy of serving God when we take our eyes off Jesus. Always keep your focus and hope..... 1 Peter 5:10 "And the God of ALL GRACE, who called YOU to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have SUFFERED a little while (so we can see we will suffer) will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm, and steadfast. Now here is a great one to explain purpose... 2 Corinthians 1: 3-4 "Praise be to God....the Father of compassion and the God of ALL COMFORT, who can comfort us in trouble, so that we can comfort those in any troubles with the comfort we ourselves have received from God."
Allow God to use you, to build you up so that your platform of ministry can be effective to an infected world. John 14: 1-2 I always try to let pain remind me that this is not my home. It could be one day or a million before Christ comes back to bring us all together to our eternal home. You don't have to wait till then for joy and peace. Take Him at His word, believe in His promises. Nothing comes our way to cause us worry, it is to bring us closer to Him.
So I sing... "It's alright, it's o.k., I won't worry about tomorrow, if it brings me one more day closer than I was to "YOU"..... I love You my precious Jesus.
