All of my hope, trust, and all my future is in Jesus Christ. Great things He has done in my life and I know He isn't finished with me yet.
Things haven't always turned out as I hoped and prayed for, but God is still faithful in His plan for me, for us. His plan to grow us Spiritually. To see things as He wants us to see them. To make us more like Christ.
God plan is for all of us. Knowing Him more and more isn't through the easy things in life. It's through the trials. Yes, even in the suffering. This is where we either draw closer to Him, or we fall away because of not being acceptable to what He has allowed to come our way.
When you read in the Old Testament the books of the Prophets you will see how they suffered. When you read the new testament, the stories that were written from the apostles, you will see how they suffered. Scriptures about entering into suffering often portray God's presence and guidance amidst hardship. While suffering is not pleasant, it is presented as a part of life, a time for dependence on God, and an opportunity to grow in faith and character. Jesus himself entered into suffering, and His example encourages believers to find comfort and strength in God's love and promises during trials.
When we understand this is not our home. That we, just like the Prophets and the apostles are vessels for the Holy Spirit to bring God's kingdom to earth and make more disciples.. Matthew 6:10....Matthew 28:19-20.. Mark 16:15..
No matter what battle we go through,
He promises, we are not alone.
Every victory, every battle won, there is still more to come. So while we are still here, enjoy the more that is to come.....
Remembering, even the victory over death has been won. The believer never dies. We just close our eyes, take our last breath, and the next breath is in glory.
For Your Glory dear God I wright.
