Build my life... Hillsong

https://youtu.be/BGYpF-Jrfew

Holy, there is no one like You
There is none beside You
Open up my eyes in wonder
Show me who You are
And fill me with Your heart
And lead me in Your love to those around me....

Absolutely beautiful lyrics. Has he opened our eyes in wonder? Is he filling your heart with his love to share it to those around you? To encourage others?  Jesus is our only hope.  Our only solid foundation.    He is the only truth to count on. What he says will happen, and will come to pass. If you don't trust in the power of his word ,than you are trusting in something that is sinking sand.  I am reading in the book of Habakkuk 1: 5-6 " Look at the nation's and watch, and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told .  I am raising up the Babylonians, that ruthless and impetuous people, who swept across the whole Earth to seize dwelling places not their own.".....  Man,  I look at the babylonians like I look at this virus. It is sweeping across the nations and taking lives. It has caused fear in so many people. Just like the babylonians didn't know that they were being used by God to help Judah return to him, I believe this virus is being used for a great purpose. To draw people to God that will show us amazing wonders. If we all would just seek him, and turn from our selfish ways our eyes would be opened.  This is such an awesome book in The Bible of a conversation  between Habakkuk and God answering him.   We too can find a lot of answers to our questions in God's word.  Nothing that we go through is beyond God's control. God may use whatever he wants to, to correct his creation. Who are we to complain what rod God uses on us.  Going on to chapter 2 and reading verse 20. " But the Lord is in his holy temple, let all the Earth be silent before Him."  . ..Really seems like that's the way it is right now. There is nothing we can do but trust that God's plan is better than what we could even imagine through this. His discipline , just like a parent's discipline to their children, is always for the best whether we like it or not. We truly need to be still.  Just like habbakuk did not ask to escape from the discipline, but he accepted the truth that Judah needed to learn a lesson.  Just look how clean everything is becoming. The air, the water.  Change is happening for the better. Ask God to help us change for the better and his good purposes.
For His glory
