May our "Life song" sing to Him.

It truly is my heart’s desire to sign His name at the end of the day, knowing that my heart was true.
We are to be His hands and feet, and proclaim His name in all the earth, Exodus 9: 16.  May the words we say and the things we do, bring a smile to God. Our lives become God’s purpose, and story. Our life song to Him.

God is above all earthly things, and deserves more than an occasional, or empty hallelujah; His desire from us is personal, unashamed praise.

Psalm 47: 2, “How awesome is the Lord Most High, the great King over all the earth!”  God is beyond our words to explain, but that shouldn’t stop us from telling others what he has done for us. It’s easy to praise God when everything is going well. How about when it’s hard?

The bible tells us, “Life and death are in the power of the tongue.”  Proverbs 18:21.  The bible tells us  we are to tame our tongue, James 3: 9-10.  We live in a world that can really set the flesh on fire, by what we see, how we are treated by others, and so on.  Human nature wants to lash out. God works to change us from the inside.  The Holy Spirit is our helper to give us this self control.  Pray and ask for this help, to reduce the damage our words can do. Then we can reflect a better image of God’s love.

You can tell when someone spends a lot of time with Jesus. They have hardships in their life just like you and I. They just handle it so differently. They know God has everything under control, and nothing goes unseen.

People become like the people they hang out with, and when you hang out with Jesus, you become more like Him...

People may not change that are irritating you, your situations may not change, challenges may still be the same, but you can bet on this... God will work on YOU from the inside if you let Him.

Then you can sing your “Life song”

Grace and peace to you
Kim
