Beautiful Day ... Jamie Grace

This one’s for you sis!! (she loves this song)

I know that sometimes burdens can be so heavy, it seems almost impossible to even crack a smile. We have to remember,Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8 “There is a time for everything”…  Life just happens, and there are things we can’t control. Thankfully we have a God who understands, and provided a way for us. There are no limitations to His Amazing grace!!!

There is only one way I know to silence Satan, and that’s by FAITH in what I know is true. Psalm 8: 1-12  “From the mouths of children and babies come songs of praise to You. You gave them to silence ALL YOUR ENEMIES.” Look what Jesus tells the leading priest and teachers of the law in Matthew 21: 16.  Then if that isn’t enough, look at Psalm 149 “Praise the Lord. Sing to the Lord a new song”…. I would say the best way to piss the enemy off is to PRAISE!!! Get your worship on, as the song says.

I remember when my grandson was a little baby, I would bring him to the hospital to visit my husband while he was battling cancer. It would always bring a special smile to his face. Sometimes I would see people bring little dogs into the rooms of the patients to bring a smile to their face. When I would walk around the floor of these cancer fighting patients, it was amazing to me that a baby, or a little dog would bring them joy.

There are different things that bring people a little joy in times of trials, pain, and sorry. Mine happens to be worship music, and this song is one of them!!

I have to agree with my sister, this song just makes you bop, and smile. You just can’t help it! It's the kind of song you want to see your kids, or grand kids, singing in the back seat of a car.

So don’t let a whole day go by before you stop everything, and just feel His embrace.    Psalm 46: 1-3,He is our refuge in times of trouble.

So let the “Son” shine on your face. It’s a love so true you could never get enough.

Then, like the song says,…. take me away, it’s a “beautiful day”
