Who will rise up ... Vertical Worship

 https://youtu.be/kSx1Jg-uLew

When someone is hurting, instead of judging, will we rise up? Will we show the same mercy given to us. Matthew 5:7,"Blessed are the merciful. For they will be shown mercy. "
The closer your relationship is with Jesus, the more you see things through His eyes. You see hurting lost people. The same as we were before His change began within us. I will never forget the love and mercy from others that drew me to Jesus. It was evident that something was different about them and I wanted it.
Sometimes we are in situations that are painful, heartbreaking, or seem unfair. I don't know about you. But I know I have told Jesus in many situations that was unfair to me, "are You kidding me? You want me to be kind and loving?" His reply, "YES! How else will they see me?"
We will not know the full purpose and importance of our lives until we are able to look back from the perspective of where we saw the love and mercy of Jesus through someone to us.
So yes, be kind, loving, patient with those that God had sent your way. It will be clear to you that He is wanting to show Himself through you.
Even if you don't see the results right away.  Live a life of obedience to God. Knowing that the significance of our life will extend beyond our lifetime. The rewards will outweigh any sacrifice you may have made. To hear one day, "well done good and faithful servant", is worth it all.
Live a life of showing the love and mercy we received. The world is in desperate need of seeing that He is alive in you and me.
For Your glory Lord
