Audiance of One.... Big Daddy Weave

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFxVfAZj5Q0

Such a beautiful love song to the Love of my life. Just to know Him more is my great reward. Jesus, as Your Spirit flows free, may You find within me, a heart that beats to praise you.....

Matthew 16: 24.... Deny yourself and follow Me.... John 17: 21.... My prayer is...

Could you really be one with Him, just as He is one with the Father? That was His prayer for us, the church. To be set apart, made holy, deny the things we want. We can make things right in your own eyes. Or go to a church that tickles our ear. But the word of God is the truth. We can pick it apart and follow what our little pea brains think, but the Creator of me and you wrote it with hopes that we would follow it for the Glory of His Name alone.

If you choose to follow Him, don't expect anything else but the fullness of Him in you. He might be all you get, and He's everything.

You may get healed this side of heaven from your illness, and you may not. But for all eternity you will.....You may not have a happy life right now, but you will be made holy.......You may be homeless, but you will become rich.......Your heart may be broken, but in Him you're made whole.......Some days you may feel like you want to die, but His presence steps in and resurrects you......You may feel like you're in the storm of your life, but with Him you will stay on course..... You may feel like that mountain will never move, but in Him you will have faith to move it...

Are you deeply in love with Jesus? Then go with Him, not the world. Don't expect it to be comfortable either, but He is with you. Go against the flow and popularity. Be all He wants you to be in Him. I love Jesus so much, I can care less what people think about me. He is my audience of One...

Word of God speak.... Mercy Me

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JK_6osCH74

Romans 12: 1-8-------1 Peter 5: 1-6

With out Jesus Christ, we are all homeless.............
I am finding myself at a loss for words on how Jesus just presses at my heart when He wants to show Himself to someone. I have had a relationship with Him for sometime now, but I have never felt Him press at my heart as much as He did this time.... Here's the wonderful story of His love for others, and how He shows it through you and I as followers......

For 2 months now, I have been helping a homeless 81 year old mother and her daughter. This is how it started.... I head off for work at 4:30 in the morning. I pass by this cement wall near a McDonalds, that I noticed 1 or 2 people all covered up from head to toe. I couldn't see if it was men or women. I wanted to stop, but I was afraid. It was dark and not many people on the road at that time. But one morning I saw one of them sitting up. I drove slow enough to see it was an old women. I sensed God telling me, "turn around and get them something to eat and drink." I ignored it because I was running late for work. Well all day it bothered me. I asked God to give me another chance. Well, He did.

This certain morning, before I even got to the wall to see if they were up, the word of God came clear as day, "stop and get 2 hot chocolates, and 2 egg sandwiches." Well I did. Then I went to where they both are and they were sleeping. I was so afraid to get out of my car and wake them, but I know God wanted me to, so I would be o.k. I said, "good morning, I have hot chocolate and something to eat." The old women took the blanket off her head and said, "Oh I needed that." From that point on we have come to know each other by name. Carmella, and her adopted daughter Anna. You can look up their story on google.. Type in, Carmela Batista.... Amazing story, and I can't believe God is using me in it.

I don't know where this is going, but I'm continuing to follow that voice in my heart till He is done with me in it. Well again it happened. But more that food and drink this time. Here's how His voice came to me this time..... "It's going to be cold and rainy. Get them a room for 3 nights." It's so near Christmas and money was all I was thinking of. But it was too strong to ignore. With the help of others, I had enough for 3 nights. The man at the desk even brought the price down knowing why I was doing this. THAT'S GOD!!!! When I went to give  them the keys, the look on their faces was worth a million dollars!!! They thanked me and Jesus. They are believers, and thank God for everything, good and bad. It just amazes me. These homeless people have more faith than some people who have everything. Unless you have the fullness of Jesus, you really are poor, even if you are rich.

They said, "God is good all the time." He sure is!! He loves all. Even those who are less fortunate than you and I. He loves them through us. So be the church. Be His hands and feet. You may not know the reason now, but when you get to heaven you will.

On Earth as it is in Heaven... Chris McClarney and Kim Walker

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttXUFvDLP4E

When our will, what we desire, collides with God's will, it brings confusion and conflict. That is when He is bringing us into a deeper level of knowing and seeing Him at work in us, and through us.
Will we willingly follow? Will we let Him send us out? Can we really say, "Let Your kingdom come, let Your will be done on earth in my life as You have it in heaven."

Matthew 6: 9-10....... A lot of us pray, but do we pray as Jesus taught us? Singing these lyrics and really meaning them from the depths of our heart, must really please the Lord Jesus..... "Oh humbly we bow. Surrendering all to You. We lay down Lord. Do what You want to do." ... Truly ,truly not at all easy. It is a growing process . Remaining in the vine like Jesus said. John 15: 4-5 "Remain in Me and I will remain in you." It 's the only way. Apart from Him we can do nothing.

Matthew 16:24-26, "if anyone would come after Me, let him deny himself". Let Him have His way. You see, everything revolves around His throne. Who of us knows the mind of the Creator? What He is orchestrating in and through our lives that may not make sense to us at the time.  There is so much beauty to be seen in everything, if we look at this life and it's conflicts with kingdom purposes. It's allowing the gift of the Holy Spirit through you, to touch the people He places in our lives. Even the hard ones, and the hard things that come our way.

Truly it is life changing if we allow the Spirit to take us deeper. You want more of heaven? Then we must die to self.

Flood the Earth....Jesus Culture

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WL-Vuxlx2aI

Matthew 28:19-20, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations"......

Jesus didn't ask us to do this, He commands us to. It is the great commission of all who put their hope and trust in Him as Lord of our lives. We are suppose to go, in other words, "flood the earth." Carrying the good news of Jesus Christ to such a hurting world. It's hurting because people are hurting, lost, without hope. We know where our hope comes from, so go and share it.

As a believer, you and I have a choice. To make disciples, we have to choose to become one ourselves. That is, realize that we are created by God and for God. We should be seeking to become more Christ-like every day. Share the love of God, the forgiveness, and the hope we have in Jesus Christ alone in this crazy mixed up TEMPORARY world. Don't hold back the truth that can set someone free for all eternity. Once you shared the good news, it's up to them to receive it. They will be held accountable at judgment, but so will you and I. Matthew 7: 21, "Not all who say to me, 'Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." ....... That's big right there, so think about it.

Sweet Jesus, break down the walls of fear that stop us from doing Your will. From carrying on where You left off, but haven't left us. You are right there in us and through us. Push back the dark the enemy try's to keep us in.  You are the Light of the world and we are Your vessels. Out of my love and gratefulness of all you've done, and all you have left to do through me, I want to shine for You. Darkness will have no choice but to retreat from Your Holy presence. So let the rumors of Your kingdom, and Your Name without reserve, "Flood the Earth." Amen.

Great Things...... Eleveation Worship

Thank you Jesus, everything that has ever happened in my life to destroy me, has only caused me to draw closer to You..... You've done Great Things.... Great song!!!!

Were you once lost, but now found, blind but now see? Maybe you had addictions that you tried everything you new to break free from them, but nothing worked. Maybe you realize now you were on your way to hell because you got a taste of heaven and now you want more.  Some things are more than just a pill to pop, or a counselor to see, because they are deep Spiritual issues, and once you bow down and surrender them to Jesus you will be free. Not any kind of substance or program will work in 1 day, a split second, like Jesus does.

Mark 5: 6-20
I just love this story. Verse 6, The demon possessed man ran and fell down on his knees when he saw Jesus. Even the demons know Who He is. That just blows me away! Total surrender, total desperation, total belief, in Jesus Who has all authority over heaven and on earth, Matthew 28:18.

Revelations 3: 7, "These are the words of Him Who is Holy and true....what He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open." Those of us who are Christians really need to realize the power that lives inside us.

The demon possessed man was set free! I just love verses 18-20. He was so grateful to Jesus to be free of the demons, that when Jesus was leaving to get into the boat he wanted to go with Him. Jesus told him no. "Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you."
You see this is our purpose, this is our mission, this is where our ministry begins. When Jesus has done something so great for you, you can't keep it to yourself.

Peace be Still... Lauren Daigle

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUpKZz0Nm7c

Perfect lyrics: "I don't wanna be afraid every time I face the waves. I don't wanna fear the storm just because I hear it roar. Peace be still, You are here so it is well. Even when my eyes  can't see. I will trust the voice that speaks."

John 16: 5-15 "All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from Me what He will make known to you."
John 16: 33 " I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have perfect peace."..... Jesus is my perfect peace, nothing else can take His place. I can never stay at perfect peace without the gift of the Holy Spirit. Too many thoughts sneak there way in, and cause me to become unsettled inside. Sometimes it lasts longer than it should. It's like I fall into it, and allow it. Isn't that crazy? Why do I allow these thoughts to come into the beauty of the peace Jesus wants to be in me?

John 10: 10 "The thief comes only to steal kill and destroy, I have come that they may have life, AND HAVE IT TO THE FULL."....The enemy is good at what he does. Knowing just how to sneak his way in and slowly devour me just by thoughts. Then my Spirit rises up!!! These scriptures come to mind every time: 2 Corinthians 10: 5 "We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. Philippians 4: 8 "if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things and the God of peace will be with you."

This is why I love to spend time in God's word. I know how to use it when the enemy wants to go to battle with me. You see, it's not me he's up against. It's the "One" Who is in me! My Jesus already won the battle 2000 years ago!!! I know how it ends.

Tremble... Mosaic MSC

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjdSqTA8hyY

Psalm 23......

Even though there are, and will still be times of walking through the darkest valleys in this life, don't stop walking!

Jesus is not just my Savior, He is also my Shepherd. Just the mention of His Name calms my fears. Sometimes when I can't even find the words to say, I just say Jesus. He makes all darkness tremble. His Name is the light that even shadows can't deny.

When you pick apart this popular Psalm, you can really see how important it is for Jesus not to just be your Savior, but also your Shepherd. The definition of shepherd is, one who guides or directs sheep in a particular direction. Then I heard a sermon on other meanings of this Psalm as it pertains to sheep (us) and a Shepherd (Jesus). Sheep are known to be very dumb animals. I'm not saying we are dumb, but without direction a sheep will go right over a cliff. Sometimes life can take you to the very edge. Personally, I need direction! Verse 3, "He guides me along the right path for His Name's sake." This means I should certainly trust Him.

Here is a very interesting fact. When shepherds gather around a well for water with their sheep, all the flocks would get mixed together. They are not branded like some animals. The way sheep would know their shepherd, was by the sound of their voice when they would call; come, come. John 10: 27 " My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me." I just love that!! and I just love my Jesus!!!

On my knees..... Jaci Valasquez

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNVwIIa-mhM

I am still learning, whether in laughter, heartache, good times, bad times, fear, anxiety, how to survive. It's on my knees, talking with my Savior, Jesus.

I don't know about you, but I can caught up in all the things I have to do list for the day, besides just going to work. It can get that horrible feeling of anxiety to rise up. Sometimes it can even interrupt my most precious time I spend in my quiet time with Jesus. He deserves my all in all attention when I sit with Him in the morning. It's what sets my day up for victory for being in step with Him.

I read this in a devotional the other day and it was so perfect to how I have been talking to God. When I finish seeking Him in His word, listening to how His word speaks to my heart, I then get on my knees to talk with Him..... "If we focus on what we do not have, or devalue the little we do have, we will surely despair. We need to arise, change OUR POSTURE and perspective, and begin to see all that we have in Christ, all that we are in Christ, and all that we can do through Christ..... Philippians 4: 4-9

Till the storm passes by....Joseph Larson

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WsKMrygKvA

If a female could play the part of Peter in the storm with Jesus, I would have gotten the part by my actions in hurricane Irma. I am in no way proud of that either, but I am ready to keep growing in my faith and trust in Jesus, and that never comes easy. It's in the storms of life, that are going to come in many ways, that we need to keep our focus on Jesus. He is always near.

With all the Christian music I listen to, I never heard this one till after Irma passed through Florida. It's not the usual Christian type of music I listen to. It spoke to my heart, and penetrated right to my soul.

When hurricane Irma really started to rage around 2 am, I was filled with fear and anxiety. My focus on Jesus being with me went completely to the raging wind and rain ripping at my daughters and son in laws patio. All I could think of was, "how much worse can this get, are we going to be ok, my house must be falling apart with this strength of wind!" I live in a manufactured home. The thoughts were out of control and just made me sink even deeper.

Instead of trusting all I was praying for, I totally lost my focus staring at this evil storm. To be totally honest, my anxiety was through the roof! I couldn't even focus on prayer anymore. Never, ever, did I think, in all the love, trust, and faith I have in Jesus that I would sink like that. Just like Peter in Matthew 14: 28-31. The bible is so alive, and we all play the part to different stories in it.

The most beautiful part of what I learned, is feeling Jesus after the stillness of the storm tell me, "I will always love you. Your just going to grow more from this. Now pick yourself up and continue to grow by abiding in me." (John 15: 4) Remember what I told you, that in this world you WILL have trouble, but I have overcome the world. When it ends, however it ends, you will be with me."

It's these kind of learning lessons that make me so very humble, and so much more in love with Jesus.

My Heart Your Home....Watermark

Matthew 7:21,"Not all who say to Me, "Lord, Lord" will enter the Kingdom of heaven;".....

"Come and make my heart Your home. Come and be everything I am and all I know. Search me through and through".... Powerful request to our Lord, but so pleasing to His heart.

Why do you think God is after our heart? Not half hearted. You wouldn't want to be loved that way would you? He wants a fully devoted heart. Look what Proverbs 4: 23 says, "Above all else, guard your heart, for EVERYTHING you do flows from it." So to say you love God, or you are a follower of Christ and live half hearted, your life is going to show the true fruit of it, and it will look rotten! It will show if He is truly "Lord of your life" over everything. God doesn't take second place easily. Nothing should come before Him. If you are sold out for all Christ is in you, then it will flow from you. You won't be able to hold it back. John 7: 38, "Whoever believes in Me, as scripture said, rivers of living water will flow from within them."

If you are still on the face of this earth, you are either still here because God is after your heart, or you are His and have a purpose yet to fulfill. God is very clear in His word to believers. Matthew 28: 19, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations"... Mark 16: 15, Go into the world and preach the Gospel."

Matthew 25: 14-28 is a great parable. I love what it speaks to my heart, and it's not about money. It's about the abilities He has given me, and my hearts desire to serve Him for the sake of the Kingdom. "Again it will be like a man going on a journey, who has called his servant and entrusted his wealth to them....each according to his ability." I want to hear one day verse 21, "Well done, good and faithful servant!".... Not verse 26, "You wicked lazy servant!"...

So I ask you, I ask myself, what are we living for? What is this precious gift of life worth to you? How do you show it to the One Who poured out everything He had for you? Who of us will stop seeking our own satisfactions and start satisfying the heart of God?

I sing praises to Your Name....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXl7BNyYP2w

I pray that my life shows the Risen Lord. The life that lives in me. We can all choose the tune of what our life song is. I want mine to be a song of worship and thanksgiving to Jesus. I've set my heart on the truth that lives in me, and I pray it shines out to all who know me. Those who don't, I hope they would be encouraged and want to know what's different about me.

I've read this scripture many times. Heard it spoken in sermons. But I love when the Spirit of God highlights on something He wants me to share. That's why it's called the Living Word. It never stops teaching. John 11: 14-27, Jesus not only is the Risen Lord, but He raises the dead to life right in front of every ones eyes! Yet some people still don't believe.

This is where it gets me..... In verse 14, you can see Jesus was glad that Lazarus was dead. Look what He says, "I'm glad I wasn't there, for now you will really believe." It's not just a story, it's truth! Many witnessed this miracle, and many other miracles that He did while His time on earth.

I know there is an enemy, and he is real. You can see him at work every day keeping the blinders on people. The bible is full of peoples choices, and it continues today. God has never changed. He has always loved, and still shows us His patience today with all of us.

It's a fact that we are all going to die. But the good news is, those who choose Jesus Christ as Savior, are going to live eternally in the presence of our Lord, and our loved ones who put their trust in this truth. God continues to show His patience with us all, and is waiting for many to accept the marvelous promises He has made.

I sing praises to Your Name oh Lord. For Your Name is great, and greatly to be praised. Oh how I pray that those who don't believe in Your Son will experience the Risen Lord. Your patience is limitless with all Your creation. I thank You that You never give up on us.

Embers .... Hillsong

Philippians 2: 12-13, The bible tells us to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. Take very serious the word of God. Work it out, because the power of the Holy Spirit is within, and it fights with the flesh to come out. Like the caterpillar, there is a beautiful butterfly inside this body that struggles from within to come out.

2 Peter 1: 3, "His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him who called us by his own glory and goodness."

Most people work out to get tone ,strong, and some to loose weight. This takes time, but the more you stay consistent at it, you will see changes.

Galatians 5: 16-18, This verse reminds me of when I was a personal trainer and people would tell me, "I want to turn this fat to muscle." You can't do that. They are two different identities. But you can build more muscle to burn the fat. Just like our flesh and spirit are always at war with one another. The flesh is never going away, but you can build your inner spirit by your intimate relationship with Jesus. Spending quality time with Him to melt away those fleshly desires. You can't just go to church on Sunday and expect to have a strong spiritual soul. It's going to become flabby.

1 Peter 1: 23, "For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God." In Christ we are a new creation in the making, 2 Corinthians 5: 17.

You see we have this living power of the Holy Spirit, but when we received Jesus Christ as our Savior, it was in seed form. That seed needs to be nourished to grow. Like a fire that's dying, but the embers are hot and glowing, fan the flame and bring the fire alive. His Spirit is within all who believe. He wants all the earth to see that He is Lord through our lives. Be a soul on Fire. Strong in Him from the inside bursting out.

Throne Room..... Kim Walker

Revelations 1: 12-20... verse 17, "when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid"....

Seriously,  so many experiences in my life make me want to fall on my face and say... " My heart can't contain the weight of Your Name....Holy, holy, holy are You God."

Day after day, God speaks to my heart. When I read His written living word, it's like breathing in His breath. The bible even tells us that every word is God breathed, 2 Timothy 3: 16-17.
I don't just run to the "Throne Room" when I am in need of something, or desperate for answers. I am daily in need of His presence just because I love Him so much.

I've said it before, that I've seen miracles that only God could have shown Himself in. I've seen Him even prove doctors and surgeons wrong. But I've also seen prayers answered in ways I didn't like. Like the death of my husband at the young age of 58. But He did heal him physically once, and spiritually for ever more. Gods will done on earth, for His glory. Grace upon grace, He brings peace to my soul daily. His perfect love remains my everything!

One look at Jesus and I'm undone....

Glimpse (into eternity) Kim Walker

LOVE LOVE LOVE this song!!!!

"I've encountered something I can not deny. Lord I believe it. Living water pouring into my life. Lord I receive it. You are moving, overflowing. I am changed by a Love that will never run dry.

John 7: 37-38, ..."Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me.....rivers of living water will flow from within them."

Let me share my experience, and then how these lyrics just make me dance....
Did you know a sub pump can be plugged in and have power to do what is meant to do. Pump water from a flooded area out with a powerful flow. But if there is a kink somewhere, the water will just trickle out.

All this rain we are getting, my yard floods every time now. But I got my sub pump out there for this season, ready to do what it needs to do. All I have to do is plug it in. The hose looked all good too. Well, except for a kink at the very top that I didn't notice. The water was just trickling out. I tromped through the mucky water and unplugged the pump and returned it to home depot for another one, of course thinking it was the pump. I didn't see the kink at the very top of the hose attached to the pump at that time. I get home just before the storm, tromp through the mucky water again, and connect the new pump to the hose. Well, that's when I saw it. I just had to laugh instead of crying. I said, "Oh God, what are You teaching me here?"
In the sense of my Spirit, He said, "You are asking to be full of Me. You are totally plugged into Me, but, there are kinks I am working through so you will experience the full flow of Me." Oh my sweet Jesus. Isn't He awesome!

He wants us to experience Him at deeper levels. Some people are satisfied where they are. I'm not. I love experiencing Him more and more. It's like little glimpses of heaven. Living water pouring into every situation, every circumstance, every fear, every anxious thought, loneliness, healing...... let it flow!

Just One Touch.... Kim Walker

Absolutely Beautiful Song!

You can search so many different avenues for happiness, but there is truly only "One" that brings everlasting joy. "Just one touch" and you will never be the same. Your eyes become wide open. You begin to see things differently, and begin to get a better understanding of the time and space you are in now.

Some of us have experienced prayer request that were not answered this side of heaven. But you can count on one that will be for sure. Praying for Jesus to make Himself comfortable and at home in your heart.

There is something that our Creator God is after and He lets us choose to desire the same. He is after the genuine, surrendered, desperate after Him heart, no matter what the outcome of our prayer request turned out to be.

Life teaches us this unconditional love for Him. You begin to realize that He has a purpose for everything that is allowed to come into our lives. He loves us, and the enemy hates us. It's really that simple. No middle area unless to choose to camp out there and stay at a comfortable, leave me alone distance. Truth is, you won't be left alone. One day you will make a choice. If it's not the right one, you may stay comfortable for a while, but it won't last.

You can search all other comforts, but there is none that comforts like the Living God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit alive in you. I am recklessly abandoned, continual desperation, to know Him more.

Flood....Jars of Clay

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfAhpX_wIBk

Oh how the lyrics of this song fit how I felt Spiritually for a few days drowning in my own thoughts....

Well as I began to write this, on the side in the little pop up bar shows a water drop with a big smile. I wish I could copy and paste it but I couldn't. The caption said... When water attacks find a plumber. It was a Roto-Rooter add. Well my daughter and I found a Sub Pump that did a great job. In the mess of all that was happening with the "Flood" in my back yard, Jesus stepped in my drowning thoughts and my joy was back.

When water is stagnant, you don't have to invite the mosquitoes, they're just going to come. The same with our Christian walk. Stay stagnant in your relationship with Jesus, you don't have to invite the enemy, he'll just creep in.

Due to all the rain we have been getting day after day, and the way the guy behind me built up his structure, and the horrible drainage, well really none, my back yard was a swimming pool! No exaggeration! My mind was giving into negative thoughts, and not so nice ones about the guy behind me either. Even thoughts to the point that I was wondering if I should just sell my home and go into a condo. This was as I was just having a new floor put in, and just put up a new privacy fence. Talk about stupid thoughts. Every time the dark clouds would roll in, I would panic. Psalm 30:5, but joy comes in the morning! Even if the storm clouds continued to roll in.

Happiness is based on circumstances you are in. Joy is no matter what you are in, it doesn't leave you. That's because it's within you. Hebrews 12: 2 says, "For the joy set before Him He endured the cross".... Joy before being crucified. Can you wrap your mind around that?
Now since Jesus walked that path before me, He shows me how in every circumstance. He lifts me up when I'm falling, when I'm weak and feel like I am dying. He keeps me from staying under and drowning in my own negative thoughts. You need the water stirred up, and the Sprit of God will do that if you continue to seek Him, cry out to Him. He's got BIG, BIG shoulders, and He's without a doubt, a GOOD, GOOD, Father.

Perfect Wisdom of our God.....Keith and Krystin Getty

Ephesians 1: 17........Confused, don't understand what's happening in your life, "where are You God" you cry out? We can look at things from our point of view, which is never the full view that God sees. Do we want to continue to see things from our level, or from High above it all? That's God's view. He sits above it all, through it all, and already at the end of it all. That's the view I want. I pray for this spirit of wisdom in all things.

"Oh grant me wisdom from above. Each strand of sorrow has a place, within the tapestry of grace. So through the trials I choose to say, "Your perfect will, Your perfect way."

If we live our life by what makes sense, we will never walk by faith. I don't have to understand everything to obey God. I have a choice to put my full trust in the Creator of my story and purpose in this gift of life He has given me for a time. Better to obey than live with regret.

Romans 5:2.....James 1: 2-5.....
Persevere, even when it doesn't make sense to you, it does to God. He's got the view from above the woven tapestry. If I was to answer the question, "does God make sense the way He does things?" I would have to say "NO." But when I seek and ask God for wisdom, I get His perspective. I see things from the eyes of His loving patient heart.
When you look at this world for what it is, it is filled with awesome purpose for our eternal home. When you really see it for this truth, and eternal truth is God's truth, you see just how faithful He is in how He answers prayer. Keep your hope in that and you will never be disappointed.

Fresh Outpouring....Kim Walker

..."His incomparably great power for us who believe"....
Do you need a "fresh outpouring"? I do! Everyday, a daily overdose!

Ephesians 1: 17-23.....
"I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.  I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength  he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead"....

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, you have a purpose, and it's not just to walk through life knowing you are going to heaven when you die. It's to tell the world of the hope you found in Jesus. That is a command for us all!
Verse 18.. "I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you"... Yes, He's calling us to enter in to His Kingdom purposes on our earthly journey.

As you grow in your relationship with Jesus, you realize you are not absent of trials, but your not absent of His full presence either. 2 Corinthians 4:7-12, We will be.... "hard pressed on every side, BUT NOT CRUSHED... struck down, BUT NOT DESTROYED".... When you read scriptures like this, and Romans 8: 18-37... and 2 Corinthians 1: 3-10, your Spiritual eyes open to get an understanding of why Christians still to this day are suffering. Verse 3 of 2 Corinthians 1, "Praise be to God....Who comforts us in our troubles"... IN THEM, not from them. (Selah)
God always did, and still does allow troubles to come our way. 1 Peter 4: 12-14 even tells us, .... "do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you"....I don't think many of us realize how ready we need to be each day. We live in a world of constant spiritual warfare, Ephesians 6:12.
God can't work through us until He can work in us. We are here to submit to God's will so that He can work in us, then through us as He desires. Once we really understand our struggles, and that we have been saved so that Jesus can shine through all of them, that's when God uses us to encourage others in their struggles.

I pray that God finds less and less complaints in us and more of a Spiritual readiness to be "more than conquerors through Him"... Ask God for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. See what happens.

It was Finished.....Bryan and Katie Torwalt

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBgYFxWBfdk

Luke 24: 2-3, ... "They found the stone rolled away from the tomb."

1 Corinthians 15: 55-57------------ Did you know that death, if you are a believer, has no sting? God gives us victory through Jesus Christ. There is no other way. Jesus Christ, Who defeated death, says in John 14:6, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you had known Me, you would know my Father as well".... Here's one I really love that Jesus made in John 11:25,"I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies."

I lost my husband and my dad recently to life on this earth. But I find such comfort knowing that they put their faith in Jesus Christ long before they knew they were going to be called home. Now they have life everlasting. I don't know what I would do if I didn't believe this with all my being. This is how I live each day with the abundant joy that Jesus Christ wants me to have while I continue to experience this life here. I have moments of grieving, but Jesus is the lifter of my head and thoughts.

2 Corinthians 5: 8 says: "We are confident......to be absent from the body and present with the Lord." I love this because we aren't even dead long enough to realize we died! Our last breath here, and our next breath in heaven. Only because Jesus said, "It is finished." Darkness was slain. All His passion poured out on the cross for a world in need of a Savior.

He conquered death!!! The power of God for all those who believe.

I am not Alone.... Kari Jobe

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfveawSAHJA

At the age I am now, I have seen some of my loved ones face their hour of death. Praise Jesus they were all at peace and comfortable by care also given by Hospice. They put their faith and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ.

This morning in my quiet time I had a thought that ripped my heart to pieces. Number one I thank God for Hospice and their hearts of compassion for our loved ones. Also for the medication to keep them absolutely comfortable as they are getting ready to go from here into eternity.

As a believer in Jesus Christ, in our suffering, and when our time is near the end of our journey here, we not only have Jesus Christ in our heart and soul, but we also have this Hospice care that gives us medication to keep us as comfortable as possible.

When I thought of Jesus, and the suffering He went through, He had no comfort as He hung on that cross dying for the sins of the world. He didn't even have the comfort of His Father's presence. That just rips at my heart.

We live in a world that brings us painful situations at times. I am so thankful to be a believer, and to have His constant presence. Also to know that when my time comes, and I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, He is with me...... "I am not alone" Psalm 23: 4, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.....thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."

Grace to Grace.....Hillsong Worship

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6FU3s6mbGI

I just had to laugh when I heard a commercial dating website this morning advertise that, "if you are single, and you haven't gone to our website, you are missing out." ....I mean really? I almost want to get mad, but it's healthier to laugh at the way this world sees things. It's just like all the pills they tell you to take if your having problems in the sex area. After you hear all the side affects, that should scare the heck out of you.

If you could get Jesus in pill form, I would tell you to overdose on it. There would be no side affects to kill you. It would give you life like you've never known before. But we all know that Jesus is a choice. Roman's 10: 9-10..... Isaiah 55: 6-7..... John 1: 12-13..... 2 Peter 3: 9.....

Revelations 3: 20, "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in"......

If you haven't entered in, or even thought to open the door to this Amazing Grace, you are TOTALLY missing out on the best love relationship of your life! No one, and nothing, can compare to Jesus Christ. Having my heart was worth His pain he endured for me on that blood stained cross. That's love like I've never known before.

Heal our Land..... Kari Jobe

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyzbpBR1KOI

What great lyrics, and so very powerful if we would only let the Spirit of God breath in our lives with His full breath. "One church, one bride, with one voice we cry.".... United, no watering down the truth of God's standards.

2 Chronicles 7: 14....... Notice this verse, God is saying..... "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, THEN I WILL HEAR".... James 4: 10 "Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you."

We can't get impatient with God or others who don't know any better, if we, those of us who call ourselves Christians, are living with one foot in agreement with God's standards, and one foot on picking and choosing what standards we want to agree with and live by.

We should never water down the truth in our own lives, or in speaking it to others. God tells us to be one or the other. Hot or cold, no in between. He is very clear in Revelations 3: 15-16. So if you feel like this world is getting worse and worse, are we, His children, luke warm in our command from Jesus to, "Go and make disciples"... Matthew 28: 18-20, It's not our thoughts or opinions that should be taught. It's Jesus Christ standards alone.

Speak in love, "that every eye will see, and every heart will know the One who took our sin. The One who died and rose."

Find You here....Ellie Holcomb

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YeLnMegXeLc

Psalm 139: 15-16
Our Great God wrote each of our stories from beginning to end. So I find great comfort in knowing He's in all the in between with me. Well, long learning lesson, but I know that for a fact now.
If only I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have fought Him so much. I would have joined Him in the fight!! I didn't know I wasn't fighting Him, I was being tormented by the enemy, Ephesians 6: 12. What he was trying to rip me apart with in my journey here, God was using it to perfect my faith.
Absolutely love this verse! It has a whole new Spiritual eye opener meaning to me now... Hebrews 12: 2, " Looking unto Jesus the Author and finisher of our faith".... You see, He's using the places we keep questioning, WHY God?...  to draw us into a deeper intimate relationship with Him. He's writing our story. Will you let Him use your life to help encourage others what He's bringing you through?

There is no easy way to explain the Sovereignty or providence of God. You have to experience Him. Ask Him questions about the things going on in your life that are causing you to doubt His existence, or that He even cares. But you have to seek Him daily in His word. That is where He speaks to your heart. Get your thoughts out of it! If you choose not to, I guess you understand your life and purpose here.

I find so much peace in knowing my story is written out from beginning to end by the Creator of me, and this great universe. Philippians 2: 8, Then He humbled Himself and came here as a man to teach me how to live out my story.

Another well known verse, Philippians 4: 6-9.... It's words like, "Don't worry about anything"...and... "thank Him for all He has done".... I've heard many say, including myself, "I can't help but worry! I pray and nothing is changing."----- Oh but when you continue to press on, you realize He is with you and changing you. He's with you in the lonely nights, the losing fight, your deep regret, when the healing hasn't happened yet, in your desert place, when you can't see His face. He sees our pain, and it breaks His heart.
Try not to grasp things with human wisdom. Fix your eyes, AND YOUR THOUGHTS, on the "ONE" Who has already written your story. James 4: 8, You will find Him in it, if you continue to draw near to Him. You will thank Him everyday, just to know He is with you.
