Jesus, He wants to be our enough. It's okay not to understand His ways. It's okay not to be okay at times. Oh, there's been plenty of times when I've had my pity party, and still do at times. Sometimes it just feels good to cry. But the best feeling is when His presence(Daddy God) comes rushing in.
He let's you know your right where He wants you to be. Yes, even if we don't like it.
Every mountain high, and every mountain low, He is still there with us.
These things that we go through in life that cause us pain become a testimony to help someone else. To glorify our God who gets us through each one in His time. We live in a broken world with broken people. There will be troubles, there will be pain, sickness, death. Many things we don't like or understand, John 16:33.
Isn't it good to know as we wait for the healing, the way through, the breakthrough, the peace that passes all understanding, He is right with us. There's no promise that is sweeter than that.
Personally for me, there has not been anything that I have gone through, and will go through that I won't draw even closer to Him. Abiding in His Word and listening to worship music. Oh the enemy tries to pull me away with questions. But my God takes every thought and question captive and makes it obedient to Him, 2 Corinthians 10:5.
If there's one thing I know for sure from the scriptures. Jesus did not want to go to that cross. But it was the will of His Father, and for our sake, He did it. Luke 22:42:"“Father, if You are willing, take this cup away from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.”"
It's in His will that He desires us to be as
well. He desires to use us who follow Him
for His glory and story. It may take some time to get through the things that he allows to come our way. But when you hang on to Him, He will pull us through.
Let the trials bring us closer to His heart. Rather than the enemy trying to pull us further away. Abiding in the truth of His word. There is no outcome that is greater, and no promise that is sweeter, then knowing He is with us evermore.
I don't know about you. But what I know and I read about in His Word. I can't wait to get a new body and be in His presence. Also to be with those who believed and had gone before me. What a reunion!!!! This is NOT MY HOME.
For Your glory always Lord
