"Everything falls apart"

The Greatest treasure anyone can give you, including our parents, is Jesus. Material things are nice, but they don’t do a thing for you, to guild you through life. The Greatest gift you can give anyone is Jesus. It’s their choice to open it.

John 4:13 When we go to “the well of living water, we will never thirst again.” When it feels like everything is falling apart, what do you hold onto? What are you seeking to bring deep peace to your soul if it isn’t Jesus? NOTHING else is CONSTANT, everything else changes. When everything material can be swept away, only Jesus remains.

John 16:33 Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble, fear not I have overcome the world.” This life will definitely shake us at one time or another, sometimes more than we like. God will let you realize, He is your only source of strength. You are not strong without Him. Everyone at one time or another has yelled out “Oh my god” Even non believers.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 “Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ power may rest on me.” I want that! When you admit weakness, you affirm Gods strength.

The opposite of admitting your weak, and can do this life on your own, is prideful. The bible tells us a lot about pride. One thing is God hates it. Proverbs 8:13---- Proverbs 16:18 “ Pride goes before destruction”… Proverbs 16:5 “ The Lord detest all the proud of heart: be sure of this, they will not go unpunished.” If you are a believer, this should motivate you to share with friends, and loved ones who Jesus is to you. Some people have no problem telling you who God isn’t, and that really bothers my heart.

Pride is that voice inside saying “My way is best.” It is resisting Gods leadership and believing that you are able to live without His help. Some say Christians are weak, and that we use God as a crutch. They are really being pulled down by pride, and I just pray for them, because their eyes one day will be open, and it usually doesn’t come easy.

The results of humility leads to honor—Proverbs 15: 33      The results of pride leads to destruction Proverbs 16:18

I think it makes GOD PROUD to admit we are weak (Selah)

Grace and peace to you
Kim
