God bless the broken road.

A lot of people use this song in their weddings, or think of people they love, and the pain they may have gone through in other relationships. When I listen to it, I think of my broken road leading me right to Jesus.
“Love takes a second to say, but a lifetime to show it.” The bible is a book of God’s love for mankind. Some pick it up early in life, and some not till later. The one good thing is God gives us all time, and is always trying to get our attention. “Love is like the air we breathe. It may not be seen, but it should always be felt, used, respected, and needed.”

When you start your walk with Jesus, and begin to read His word, it starts to become clear… John 12:26… if we say we serve Him, we must follow Him. Even in the hard things. Verse 27… Jesus knew what He was going to go through, and still He said, in verse 28 “Father glorify your name.”

In this life we don’t see hurt, pain, long lost dreams, people who break our hearts, as just “northern stars, pointing us into His loving arms.”

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world”… The love we have is God’s gift to us, (Jesus)What we do with Him, is our gift to God. I don’t know what you may be going through, or where your broken road is leading you, but I know the best thing that could happen to you is turning to Jesus, and feeling the fullness of what he wants to be in you.  Colossians 1:19

This journey is just rolling me home into my lovers arms. The broken road could truly be a blessed one.

Grace and peace to you
Kim
